Eighteen years ago, I was placed in front of more than 100 adults at the Hollywood Improv Comedy Club doing stand-up. I was 13 years old performing bits as if I was 31. Finally, my age has caught up and now my jokes are appropriate. I recently joined the Class Clown Workshop Series ran by co-founder Richy Leis from Comic Cure and I must say, being mentally ill and doing comedy goes hand-in-hand.
