A properly functioning digital circulatory system is just as vital to an organization’s survival and ensures that important information gets around to where it needs to go. It works in much the same way that a properly functioning circulatory system is an absolute requirement for human health.

Call it drama, call it lost efficiency or call it waste, call it what you will is really the symptom of a much deeper problem. It’s a sure sign that there is poor communication pervading not only your entire company. It is deeply embedded in the company culture.
While people are focusing on the visible indicators of the problem: the drama, the bickering and blaming, the disciplinary actions. No one is thinking about the root of the problem.
Many innovative companies now recognize that the digital revolution of the new millennium has Not only changed the way people do business.
Rethink how (and how often) your leaders should work. The goal should be to prioritize independence and “bottom-up creativity.”
Instead of cutting up and assigning “geographic fiefdoms”, try open-sourcing your campaign strategy or whatever you call your work.

✔️Local individuals, groups, and project teams are free to contribute content and organize events they want as long as it is aligned with the organization’s mission and brand message.
✔️Volunteers are plugged in and ready to communicate and work in real time, anywhere.
✔️Provide the tools — and then take a step back.
